There are presently no open calls for submissions.

To intercept is to obstruct - to deter the natural course of progress as you snatch the ball mid-air in a defying act that changes the course of the game.

Yet the intercept is also a point where two lines converge. As divergent ideas or materials meet, the joining of these distinct properties creates new possibilities. They work together, complementing or disrupting each other in the process.

Navigating through the congested field of great works of art that came before, we conceive to make a space for ourselves in that ambiguous, elusive, impenetrable density of a three-letter-word. Branching out across disciplines, we merge practices that seem irrational, pursuing interests that go beyond convention. We make work that suits the complexity of our experiences: the intersection of personal, social and even art historical considerations that form our individual perspectives.

Take yourself on a tangent, show us the meaning of intercept.
